Crafting time
Every Clayfie piece is sculpted to order by our studio artists. Standard crafting takes 10 to 14 business days and includes a free preview photo of your finished piece before it ships, with free revisions until you love it. In a hurry? Faster crafting (5 to 7 business days) and Fastest crafting (3 business days, skips the preview step) are available in your cart for an additional fee shown there.
Delivery times
- United States: Standard shipping 8 to 14 business days, Expedited shipping 4 to 8 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 5 to 10 business days
- Rest of world: 6 to 20 business days (a few destinations, for example Brazil and Peru, can take 3 to 5 weeks)
All orders ship with tracking. You will receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, and standard US shipping is free on orders over $249.
Customs and import fees
Some destinations may charge customs or import fees on delivery. Any such fees are the customer's responsibility.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we will contact you, and reshipping costs may apply.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, contact us at hello@clayfie.com and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
