Will it actually look like them?
That's the whole job. On Standard and Faster you get proof photos before anything ships, and we revise, free and unlimited, until you say "wait, that's THEM?!". Fastest skips the proof to hit three days. If it turns up damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days with photos and we remake it or refund you in full.
How long does it take?
Two clocks, one after the other. At the bench: Standard 10 to 14 business days, Faster 5 to 7, Fastest 3. Then delivery: 8 to 14 business days inside the US, 5 to 10 to the UK and Europe, 6 to 20 everywhere else, always tracked. So a US Standard mini is 18 to 28 business days door to door.
How many people fit in one order?
Up to six on one base. Each extra person is +$130 on a Classic, +$150 on a Grand and +$220 on a Showpiece, because a bigger figure genuinely costs more to sculpt.More than six? Talk to us →
Is it fragile?
It ships foam-nested in a magnetic gift box and survives world tours. If it arrives damaged, email us within 14 days with a photo and we remake it free, or refund you in full if you prefer.
What is it made of?
Non-toxic polymer clay, oven-cured, hand-painted and sealed. It's a display piece, not a toy, it won't fade, but it doesn't love being dropped.
What if I don't like the proof?
Reply with what's off (nose, hair, glasses, anything) and a new proof lands in your inbox, usually within a day. There's no revision limit. One catch: the Fastest pace skips proofing altogether, so choose Standard or Faster if you want this safety net.
Can you sculpt pets?
Any animal, from one photo, head tilt included. Memorial orders are handled with extra care and priority proofing.
Do you ship worldwide?
150+ countries and counting, always tracked. Customs fees may apply outside the US and EU, they're the recipient's responsibility.
What photos do I need?
One clear, front-facing photo per person is enough. A side profile helps the likeness, and outfit or pose references are welcome. Old or printed photos usually work too, send what you have.
Can I send it straight to the recipient?
Yes. Put their address in as the delivery address at checkout, and no prices are printed on anything in the box. On Standard and Faster the proof photos still come to your inbox, not theirs, so the surprise survives.
