We cannot look an order up from this page. Everything about yours lives in your email and with our support team, and here is exactly where to find it.
1. Open your order confirmation email
The confirmation we sent when you ordered carries a View your order link. That link is the live record: it always shows the real, current state of your order, including the shipping details the moment they exist. Search your inbox for Clayfie, and check the spam folder before you give up on it.
2. Watch for the two emails that matter
Your proof photos. On Standard and Faster we email you pictures of your mini before it is finished, and we make changes until you approve it. Replying within 48 hours keeps the bench moving. Fastest orders skip the proof step, which is what buys the three-day turnaround, so on Fastest there is no proof email to wait for.
Your tracking link. The moment your mini is boxed and handed over, you get a separate shipping email with a tracked-delivery link. That link, not this page, is what follows the parcel.
3. Check the clock against these windows
Sculpting happens first, then shipping starts. The two add up, they do not overlap.
Sculpting: Standard 10 to 14 business days, Faster 5 to 7, Fastest 3.
Then delivery: United States 8 to 14 business days standard, or 4 to 8 expedited. United Kingdom and Europe 5 to 10. Everywhere else 6 to 20.
If your order is past both windows added together, write to us and we will chase it.
