This store is operated by Art Daily Dose LLC ("Clayfie", "we", "us"). By placing an order on clayfie.com you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing or stock errors; if payment has already been taken, it will be refunded in full.

Your photos and content

When you upload a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it contains nothing unlawful. You grant us a limited license to use the photo solely to produce and fulfill your order. We never sell your photos or use them in marketing without your separate consent.

Personalized products

Made-to-order items are crafted from the photos and options you submit. Please review your upload carefully; we are not responsible for errors in the materials you provide. Handcrafted items may show small variations, which are part of what makes each piece unique.

Sculpting options

We offer three sculpting speeds for made-to-order pieces: standard (10 to 14 business days, free), faster (5 to 7 business days) and fastest (3 business days). The faster options carry the additional fee shown in your cart. Sculpting time runs before dispatch and is separate from delivery time; see our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including designs, images and branding, belongs to Art Daily Dose LLC and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
