These windows start the day your mini leaves the studio. A US Standard order is 10 to 14 business days at the bench and 8 to 14 on the road, so 18 to 28 business days in all.
The fine print on shipping
Tracking from minute one. The number lands in your inbox the moment your mini leaves the studio.
150+ countries. Customs fees outside the US/EU are the recipient's responsibility.
Packed like it's precious, because it is: foam shell, double box, "fragile" in three languages.
Shipping to the giftee? Put their address in as the delivery address at checkout. No prices are printed on anything in the box, and on Standard and Faster the proof photos still come to you rather than to them.
Returns & guarantees
Damaged, faulty or wrong. Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We remake it or refund you in full, your choice, and a refund is back on your card in 5 to 10 business days.
Change of mind. A mini is sculpted from your photos for you alone, so it cannot come back for a change of mind. That is exactly what the proof step is for.
Cancellations. Free within 24 hours of ordering, or any time before crafting starts, whichever comes first. Once crafting has started an order cannot be cancelled.
Proof approval on Standard and Faster. Nothing ships until you have approved photos of the finished piece. Fastest is the exception: it skips the proof to hit three days, so it ships straight from the bench.
