Returns and Refunds

Every Clayfie figurine is handcrafted to order from the photos you send us. Because each piece is personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on custom items.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email hello@clayfie.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will craft you a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

Cancellations and changes

You can change or cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, or any time before crafting begins, whichever comes first. Once crafting of a personalized piece has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Non-personalized items

Unused non-personalized items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
